内皮素-1与早产及分娩发动临床研究

目的通过测定早产及足月产患者母血清内皮素-1（ET-1）的水平,探讨其与早产及分娩发动的关系。方法将研究对象分为足月妊娠组,包括足月妊娠未临产组及足月妊娠临产组,未足月组包括先兆早产24 h分娩者,24 h未分娩者及对照组,用放射免疫法测患者母血清ET-1水平。结果①足月临产组ET-1水平较足月未临产组高;②与对照组比较先兆早产组ET-1均升高,其中24 h分娩者ET-1水平高于24 h未分娩者。结论 ET-1可直接促进分娩发动,它的升高可预示临产的发生。

Relationship between endothelin-I and premature labor

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum endothelin-1 with premature labor and onset of labor by determing their levels.Methods The objectives were divied into the following groups: term pregnancy group,of which term pregnancy not in labor group,term pregnancy in labor group.Premature labor group,of which labored with in 24 h and control group.The levels of serum endothelin-1 were determined by radioimmunassy.Results Contrasted with control group,the levels of ET-1 in the threatened premature labor was ligher in laborer with in 24 h group than in not labored with in 24 h group.The levels of ET-1 were higher in term pregnancy not in labor group.Conclusion ET-1 probably had direct relationship with the onset of labor.
