EphrinA1在肝细胞癌患者内皮祖细胞中的表达及其临床意义

目的了解肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）患者外周血中手术前后内皮祖细胞（endothelial progenitor cells，EPCs）的数量及其内包含的EphrinA1 mRNA的表达变化情况和临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术（FCM）检测手术前组、手术后组和健康对照组外周血中EPCs的含量，同时分离培养三组研究对象外周血中的EPCs，用RT—PCR检测EPCs上EphrinAl的表达情况，进行统计学分析。结果肝癌患者手术前组外周血中EPCs的数量明显高于手术后组和健康对照组（P〈0．05），EphrinA1在肝癌患者手术前组外周血EPCs中存在表达，明显高于手术后组和健康埘照组（P〈0．05），而在手术后组和健康组问差异无统计学意义。结论肝癌患者外周血中的EPCs明显增加，同时其内的EphfinA1表达增高，提示EphrinA1可能在EPCs的增殖动员中起到重要作用．

Clinical significance of EphrinA1 expression in endothelial progenitor cells from patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the quantity of endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs） ,the expression of EphrinA1 in these EPCs in the peripheral blood of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） patients （before and after operation） and their relevant clinical significance. Methods The EPCs of peripheral blood were isolated and cuhured in three groups （ pre - operation, post - operation and healthy control group）. The number of EPCs in peripheral blood of three groups were detected by flow cytometry,the expression of EprinA1 in EPCs was detected by RT -PCR, and these data were analyzed statistically. Results The number of EPCs in pre - operation group was significantly higher than the other two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The EphrinA1 expression in EPCs in pre- operation group was significantly higher than the other two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the quantity of EPCs or the EphrinA1 expression in EPCs between post - operation group and healthy controll group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The quantity of EPCs in peripheral blood and the EphrinA1 expression in EPCs are increased in HCC patients significantly, which suggests that EphrinA1 gene may play an important role in the proliferation and mobilization of EPCs.
