Clinical Analysis of Esomeprazole Combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Marginal Ulcer

Objective To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole combined with mosapride,clarithromvcin and amoxicillin in the treatment of marginal ulcer by helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods 94 cases of marginal ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group（48 cases） and control group（46 cases）.The treatment group give esomeprazole 40 mg once a day,mosapride 5 mg three times a day,clarithromycin 500 mg two times a day,amoxicillin 1 g two times a day.After a week,the treatment group was give esomeprazole 40 mg once a day,mosapride 5 mg three times a day.The control group give esomeprazole 40 mg once a day,clarithromycin 500 mg two times a day,amoxicillin 1 g two times a day.After a week,the treatment group give esomeprazole 40 mg once a day,After 3 days,7 days and 4 weeks of therapy in treatment group,The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared.Results After 4 weeks of therapy in treatment group,the ulcer healing was 96%,while the ulcer healing of control group was 65%.After 3 days of therapy in treatment group,the rate of relief of abdominal was 98%,while the rate of control group was 43.5%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The Hp eradication rate of treatment group was 98%,while the rate of treatment group was 93.5%,Hp eradication rate had no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with mosapride,clarithromycin and amoxicillin is effective in the treatment of matginal ulcer.
