组合抗原金标渗滤快速诊断法对两型包虫病的诊断价值与评价

目的对比研究包虫病组合抗原金标渗滤（DIGFA）快速法对两型包虫病的诊断价值。方法手术和病理检查确诊的87例包虫病例，经DIGFA诊断的为实验组；经影像学诊断的为对照组；DIGFA并与同批病例中45例间接血凝试验（IHA）和42例酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）病例作对比研究。结果囊型包虫病中影像学确诊率为94．02％，DIGFA确诊率为79．10％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；泡型包虫病中DIGFA确诊率为95．00％，影像学确诊率为70．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；DIGFA总确诊率82．75％与IHA确诊率2．22％和ELISA确诊率16．67％之间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论DIGFA对泡型包虫病诊断更加有临床意义，影像学对囊型包虫病确诊率高，在血清学检查中DIGFA确诊率明显高于IHA和ELISA。DIGFA具有敏感性高、特异性好、且快速、操作简便的优点。

Diagnostic value of dot immunogold filtration assay using multiple antigens for two kinds of echinococcosises

Objective To compare and study the value of dot immunogold filtration assay（ DIG- FA） using multiple antigens for rapid diagnosis of two kinds of echinococcosises. Methods Eighty - seven cases of hydatid disease after surgical and pathological examination were divided into the experimental group dignosed with DIGFA and the control group dignosed with imaging techniques, along with 45 cases of indirect hemagglutination（IHA） test and 42 cases of enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） for the comparative study with cases of DIGFA. Results For cystic echinococcosis, diagnosis rate of imaging was 94.02% and of DIGFA was 79.10%, with a statistically significant difference ; For alveolar echino- coccosis ,diagnosis rate of DIGFA was 95.00% and of imaging was 70.00% ,with a statistically significant difference;The overall diagnosis rate of DIGFA （82.75%） and the rate of IHA （2.22%） and ELISA （ 16.67% ） had a statistically significant difference. Conclusion DIGFA diagnosis has more clinical significance for alveolar echinococcosis, and radiological diagnosis has a higher correct diagnosis rate for hydatid disease, In serological tests DIGFA has a significantly higher correct diagnosis rate than IHA and ELISA. DIGFA is rapid and easy to operate with high sensitivity and specificity.
