| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力腹股沟疝修补术后复发的原因及再手术的方法。方法回顾性分析15例无张力腹股沟疝修补术后复发并再次手术的患者的临床资料。结果所有病例均再次行开放式疝环充填式无张力腹股沟疝修补术，手术时发现所有病例网片都有不同程度的移位。术后随访时间6～96个月，平均25个月，未见复发。结论无张力腹股沟疝修补术后复发的主要原因是术中解剖不清、手术技巧不足，再手术时需先控制复发的危险因素，疝环充填式无张力修补术仍是一种简单、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of recurrent inguinal hernia after tension - free hernioplasty and its treatment. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of postoperative recurrent hernia were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were treated with hernial ring filling and tension - free hernioplasty. Mesh shifting was detected in all 15 cases intraoperatively. No recurrence occurred within a mean follow - up of 25 months. Conclusion The main causes of recurrence are failures in dissection and operative techniques. Before reoperation, risk factors of recurrence should be controlled. Hernial ring filling and tensionfree hernioplasty is simple and effective. |
