摘 要: | 目的探讨胃肠道类癌中细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达与临床病理因素的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学EliVisionplus两步法,检测20例胃肠道类癌中Ki-67和VEGF的表达,并与各临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果Ki-67在胃肠道类癌中的阳性表达约为45%,与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P〈0.05);VEGF的阳性表达约为85%;Ki-67和VEGF的共表达与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P〈0.05)。结论胃肠道类癌中存在着Ki-67、VEGF的高表达,Ki-67的阳性表达为胃肠道类癌的的临床病理评估提供参考,而Ki-67和VEGF的阳性共表达参考意义更明显。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of Ki - 67 and VEGF in gastrointestinal carcinoid,and to explore their correlations with clinicopathologieal factors and their clinical significances. Methods The expressions of Ki - 67 and VEGF in 20 cases of gastrointestinal carcinoid were assessed by immunohistochemistry (Elivision plus two -step system), and their correlations with clinicopathological factors were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of Ki -67 was about 45 %, and the expression of Ki - 67 was correlated with tumor size, lymph node status and clinical stage ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The positive rate of VEGF was about 85% ; The co - expression of Ki -67 and VEGF was related to tumor size, lymph node status and clinical stages (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The positive rates of Ki - 67 and VEGF are high in gastrointestinal carcinoid tumors. The positive expression of Ki -67 can provide a reference for the clinicopathological evaluation of gastrointestinal carcinoid, and the referring value of positive co - expression of Ki - 67 and VEGF is more pronounced. |
