Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Bowel Disease

Objective To understand the pathogenesis factor,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of ischemic bowel disease.Methods 33 cases of ischemic bowel disease were anulyzed,including clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment.Results The clinic symptoms of ischemic enteritis included of abdominal pain,blood stool,diarrhea or mucaus blood stool which were nonspecific.The progress of serious cases was rapid.It appeared bowel necrosis,perforation and shock.Conclusion Ischemic enteritis uswally occursed in old people.Eerly diagnosis and operation is important,especially in patients with cardiocerebral vascular disease.
