| 摘 要： | 本文对30例白血病作了眼底荧光血管造影,结果显示,白血病限底病的发生率为36.7%,主要是由于白血病细胞浸润所致,与中枢神经系统白血病的发生有平行关系。其中眼底毛细血管扩张20例,小静脉扩张11例,透见荧光(色素上皮脱失)11例,出血遮蔽荧光8例,视乳头水肿3例。

| Abstract: | The results of fundus fluoroangiography for 30 cases with leukemia showed that the incidence of leukemic ophtalmopathy in these patients was 86.7%.It was mainly caused by the infiltration of diseased leukoeytes and was parallel to the incidence of central-nervous-system leukemia.The lesions of leukemic ophthalmopathy were as follows:fundus capillarcetasia seen in 20 cases,making up 66%;veinletectasia in 11 cases,36.6%;fluorotranslucence(absence of chromoepithelia)in 11 cases, 36.6%;fluorocover-up from bleeding in 8 cases,26.6%;optic papilla edema in 3 cases,10%. |
