摘    要:随着医改的深入,公立医院必须积极探索医院精细化管理和现代医院管理制度。通过设置横向枢纽式运营质量管理部门,建立专科运营助理制度,推行专业化医疗与职业化管理的有机结合,构建精细化运营质量管理模式,建立了从损益出发的信息化数据监测与评价体系、医院精细化运营管理推进反馈体系、医院精细化管理效果评价体系,提升了医院运营质量管理的精细化与科学化水平。该模式以数据为基石,实现了管理的精细化、标准化、信息化,是对现代医院管理制度的积极探索

Construction of Fine Operation Quality Management Model

Abstract:With the deepening of medical reform,public hospitals must actively explore the fine management and modern hospital management system.The refinement and scientific level of the quality of hospital operation management was effectively improved by setting the horizontal,the hub type operating quality management department,setting up a specialized operating assistant system,the combination of medical and professional management,building fine operating quality management mode,setting up from profit and loss fine monitoring and evaluation system,the hospital fine operation management promoting feedback system,and hospital management effect evaluation system.Based on data,this model had realized the refinement,standardization and informatization of management,which was an active exploration of modern hospital management system.
