医保新政的政策逻辑及对民营医院的影响分析

随着国家医疗保障局的组建成立，以及医保管理体制的逐步完善和医保管理手段的日趋精细化，医保对医疗服务体系的影响愈加显著。民营医院作为我国医疗服务体系中较为薄弱的一环，其受到的影响不容忽视。文章以政策分析的视角，对医保新政的主要做法及其逻辑进行剖析，探究医保新政对民营医院发展的影响因素，为民营医院的转型发展提供参考

The Logic of the New Medical Insurance Policy and Its Impact on Private Hospitals

With the establishment of the National Healthcare Insurance Administration,the gradual improvement of the medical insurance management system and the increasingly refined medical insurance management means,the influence of medical insurance on the medical service system has become more and more significant.As a weak link in China’s medical service system,the influence of private hospitals cannot be ignored.From the perspective of policy analysis,this paper analyzed the main practices and logic of the new medical insurance policy,explored the influencing factors of the new medical insurance policy on the development of private hospitals,and provided references for the development and transformation of private hospitals.
