| 摘 要： | 随着医院精细化管理的持续开展，后勤部门的管理职能逐渐从传统的物资供应转化为医疗体系的精确保障，如何提高后勤保障体系管理水平已成为影响医院医疗质量和经济效益的重要因素。文章以天津市南开医院为例，介绍了供应链管理思想在医院保障体系中的计划、组织、控制、评价与改进中的创新模式，以期对其他医院后勤保障体系管理水平提升提供参考

| Abstract: | With the continuing development of hospital fine management,the management function of the logistics department gradually evolved from the traditional material supply to the precise support of the medical system.How to improve the management level of logistics support system has become an important factor that affects the health quality and economic benefits of hospital.Taking Nankai hospital as a typical case,the paper studied the innovative mode of supply chain management in the planning,organization,control,evaluation and improvement of hospital support system,which provided reference for improvement of the logistis support system in other hospitals. |
