| 摘 要： | 目的:分析研究小青龙汤证症状的多样性。方法:收集临床45例病案的症状并列表进行统计,统计病例的性别、年龄、主症、或然症、舌象、脉象等项目。结果:小青龙汤证症状中症状出现率占前三位的分别是咳嗽、痰多、喘息;或然症有发热、干咳、口渴、噎阻、小便不利、少腹满、水肿7个。结论:小青龙汤证症状的多样性主要表现在或然症上,在主症上表现不突出。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse and study the symptom diversity of the Xiaoqinglongtang Zheng.Meth-ods:First,collect 45cases of the Xiaoqi nglongtang Zheng;then list and count the numbers respectively ac-cording to sexe,the age,the main sym ptom,the subordinate sympotom,the picture of the tongue and the pulse condition of the cases.Results:The frequent occurence sympotoms are cough,sputum and dysp-nea.The subordinate symptoms are fe ver,retching,thirst,choking,dif ficulty in urination,lower abdomin al fullness and edema.Conclusion:The subordinate symptoms of the Xiao qinglongtang Zheng show the diver-sity,but the main symptoms do not. |
