B超与临床粪沉孵血清学检查血吸虫病的效果比较

参照WHO热带病防制司等机构1990年10月在开罗召开的血吸虫病超声诊断咨询会议标准，对日本血吸虫病流行区村民503人进行了腹部检查，并与临床、粪沉孵、血清学检查的结果进行了比较，结果显示：B超与临床诊断、粪沉孵、血清学检查结果符合率分别为83．18％（361／434）、15．90％（69／434）、74．65％（324／434）；B超检查发现肝脏实质损害程度与流行区的病倩、疫情变化程度有关。笔者认为B超检查是血吸虫病病情估计的一种较好方法。

COMPARISON BETWEEN ULTRASOUND B EXAMINATION AND CLINICAL EXAMINATION WITH LABORATORY TESTS FOR INVESTIGATION OF PATIENTS FROM ENDEMIC AREAS OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS

This study was based on the artical-The use of diagnostic ultrasound in schistosomiasis attempts at standardization of methodology, which was proposed by the workshop held in Cairo and published in 1990. Abdominal ultrasonographic examination, clinical examination with laboratory tests were performed in 503 villagers from different endemic regions of schistosomiasis Japonica. rhe results showed that the rate of coincidence between the ultrasound investigation with clinical diagnosis, stool sedimentation and miracidium hatching test, and serological test was 83. 18% (361/434 ). 15- 90% (69/434 ) . 74. 65 % (324/434 ) respectively,and the change in liver parenchyma examined by ultrasound B was closely correlated to the patient's condition and the degree of endemicity in the particular region. Therefore,the diagnostic ultrasound examination could be used as a good method for epidemiological investigations of schistosomiasis.
