人文疗养护理对飞行员心理和社会功能的影响

目的探讨人文疗养护理对飞行员心理和社会功能的改善作用。方法将347名住院疗养的飞行员按住院时段分为实验组（168名）和对照组（179名）,分别实施为期26d的疗养护理;实验组行常规疗养护理＋人文疗养护理,对照组行常规疗养护理。采用心理健康自评量表（symptomcheck-list90,SCL-90）、疲劳程度评定量表（fatigue assessment instrument,FAI）和生活满意度量表（satisfaction with life scale,SWLS）测评入院初和出院前两组飞行员的心理健康状况、疲劳状况以及生活满意度。结果实验组的SCL-90、FAI及SWLS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人文疗养护理能有效提升飞行员心理健康水平、缓解疲劳、增强生活满意度,值得在疗养院护理工作中推广应用。

Effects of Recuperating Nursing of Humanism on Psychosocial and Socical Function of Air Force Pilots

Objective To explore the ameliorative effect of recuperating nursing of humanism on the psychosocial function of air force pilots.Methods A total of 347 recuperating pilots were divided into the experimental group（n=168）with routine recuperating nursing and recuperating nursing of humanism and the control group（n=179）with routine recuperating nursing for 26 days according to hospitalization period independently.The mental health status,fatigue status and life satisfaction of both experimental and control groups at just admission and prior to discharge were compared with symptom check-list 90（SCL-90）,fatigue assessment instrument（FAI）and satisfaction with life scale（SWLS）.Results The scores of SCL-90,FAI and SWLS were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The recuperating nursing of humanism can significantly improve the mental health level and dispel fatigue,and enhance life satisfaction,which deserves further popularization in sanatoriums.
