顺铂、氟尿嘧啶和羟基喜树碱5日疗法治疗中晚期胃癌50例临床观察

目的:观察顺铂、氟尿嘧啶和羟基喜树碱5日疗法联合治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法:顺铂20ml NS250ml静脉滴注,5-FU500mg～1000mg NS500ml静脉滴注持续6～8小时。羟基喜树碱6～10mg NS250ml静脉滴注,以上药物连续序贯应用第1～5天,每周期21天,连续治疗2周期。结果:本组病例CR1例(2%)、PR27例(54%)、SD14例(28%)、PD8例(16%),有效率(CR PR)56%。消化道毒副作用轻微病人易耐受。结论:本方案实施方便,安全经济,副作用小尤其是恶心呕吐病人最难忍受的消化道症状明显减轻,因而病人易于接受配合治疗,不失为目前治疗中晚期胃癌的有效方案之一,值得临床选择运用。

The clinical observation of fifty patients of middle stage and advanced gastric carcinoma in five-day therapy by cisplatinum,fluorouracilum and hydroxy camptothecinum

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency and toxic reaction of cisplatinum,fluorouracilum and hydroxy camptothecinum.in the treatment gastric carcinoma in five-day therapy.Methods:Mixing 20ml of cisplatinum with 250ml of salt water iv drip,mixing500~1000mg of fluorouracilum with 500ml of salt water iv drip,continuing 6~8hours,mixing 6~10mg of hydroxy camptothecinum.with 250ml of salt water iv drip.All above drugs were consistently used in order for 1th~5th day,each cycle 21 days.Results:CR rate was 2%,27 patients of PR(54%),SD 14 patients(28%),PD 16% 8 patients,and the effective rate 56%.Patient can tolerate the tiny toxic reaction of digestive system.Conclusion:The therapy is convinently,safe-economically,and with mild side reaction so the patient can easily receive the therapy.At present the therapy is one of effective methods to treat the middle-period and advanced gastric carcinoma.
