腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术术式探讨

目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术处理特点。方法:分析168例子宫肌瘤腹腔镜下剔除术的治疗效果。结果:168例子宫肌瘤剔除术均在腹腔镜下完成,最多19枚,直径最大有19cm。术中出血量在20~100ml,平均40ml,患者无1例发生并发症,术后住院时间平均6d。结论:在选择好病例的基础上,于腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术,对壁间肌瘤、阔韧带肌瘤、宫颈管肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤分别采用电凝、分离、切割等术式。手术安全、可靠,出血少,术后恢复快,尤其对保留子宫,未生育妇女尤为重要。

Study on laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in the treatment of uterine myoma

Objective:To explore the cheractervistic of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy as treatment of uterus myoma.Methods:To analyze treatment effect of 168 cases of uterus myoma underwent laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Results:168 cases of uterus myoma were treated with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.The maximum number of myoma in one patient was 19 and the maximum diaeter was 19cm.The mean blood loss was 40ml ranging from 20 to 100ml.There was no complication and the average postoperative hospital stay was 6 days.Conclusion:Based on selection of patients,electric coagulation,separation and cutting was used for intramural myoma,broad ligament myoma,cervical myoma and subserous myoma respectively.It suggests that laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy is safe and feasible with little blood loss and short recovery in treating myoma.It is most important for the undelivered women and those who want to retain the uterus.
