果胶铋四联和三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡43例

目的：观察果胶铋四联1周疗法和三联2周疗法对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性的十二指肠溃疡的疗效。方法：43例随机分入四联疗法（果胶铋、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑）组22例和三联疗法（果胶铋、阿莫西林、甲硝唑）组21例，胃镜检查和组织活检于服药前及停药4周后进行。结果：四联疗法组溃疡愈合率为77％，Hp根除率为93％，不良反应发生率为30％；而三联疗法组分别为71％、90％和28％，两组比较差异无显著性。结论：果胶铋四联和三联疗法均对Hp阳性的十二指肠溃疡有效，而四联1周疗法疗程短、价格较便宜，可优先选用。

The effect of bismuth pectin quadruple and triple therapy in 42 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer

Objective:To compare The effects of one-week bismuth pectin quadruple therapy(bismuth pectin,omeprazole,amoxicilln and metronidazole) and two-week triple therapy (bismuth pectin,amoxicilln and metronidazole) in confirmed Helicobacter pylori (Hp)positive duodenal ulcer. Methods:43 cases were randomly divided into quadruple(n=22) or triple therapy groups(n=21). Endoscopy with biopsy histology was performed before and 4 weeks after the ceasation of treatment.Results:The ulcer healing rate,Hp eradication rate,and incidence of mild adverse effects were 77%,93%,and 30%,respectively in quadruple therapy group,and 71%,90%,and 28% respectively in triple therapy group,There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Both bismuth quadruple and triple therapy are effective in the treatment of Hp positive duodenal ulcer,but quadruple therapy has a shorter course and cheaper price.
