牙槽嵴裂骨移植修复术后骨吸收影响因素的分析

【目的】通过回顾我院牙槽嵴裂骨移植修复术病例,统计手术成功率并分析造成术后骨吸收的影响因素,为临床治疗提供参考,以进一步提高手术成功率。【方法】对1990—2 0 0 4年于我院行牙槽嵴裂骨移植术的病例进行随访,收集患者的临床病历、X线片、牙牙合模型,统计其中资料较全的4 0例。选定10个可能影响骨吸收的非感染因素,运用多因素分析方法,筛选出有统计学意义的因素。【结果】10个可能的非感染因素中具有统计学意义的为:手术年龄、功能刺激和术者。【结论】最佳手术时机年龄8岁左右,尖牙萌出前,牙根形成约1/2时。无牙齿萌出刺激、上下颌无良好咬牙合刺激的患者,发生骨吸收的可能性大。不同术者之间手术成功率有较大差异。

The influencing factors of bone absorption after the surgery of alveolar bone grafting-a clinical analysis

Review the patients who received the surgery of alveolar bone grafting method. Summarize the success rate and analyze the factors influencing bone absorption after the surgery of alveolar bone grafting. Help the clinical doctors to improve the success rate in the future.Collect the clinical history?radiograph and cast of the patients who accepted the surgery of alveolar bone grafting from 1990 to 2004.Evaluate the success rate of 40 patients whose informations are complete.Choose 10 factors other than infection, use the method of regression to screen the factors which have statistical significant.The factors have statistical significant is: surgery age,stimulate and surgeon.[Conclusion]The perfect time of surgery:age from 8 years old, before the eruption of canine, about half of the root formed. If has neither eruption stimulation nor bite stimulation,the possible of fail will increase.There are many differences among different surgeons.
