| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑梗塞患者急性期血糖的变化特点及其临床意义。方法97例急性脑梗塞患者病情分为意识障碍组和无意识障碍组,在发病48h之内检测空腹血糖。结果急性脑梗塞患者发病时出现应激性血糖增高,意识障碍患者血糖高于无意识障碍患者。结论急性脑梗塞患者血糖明显增高,检测其血糖变化可以反映疾病的严重程度和预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the feature and mechanism of blood glucose of acute cerebral infarction. Method Blood glucose of 97 patients was investigated within 48 h after cerebral infarction onset. The patients were divided into consciousness disturbance group and consciousness group. Result The blood glucose was changed in cerebral infarction group because of the stress.
