宫腹腔镜联合手术诊治女性不孕症593例分析

目的:探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗女性不孕症的价值。方法:1999年1月至2003年8月应用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗女性不孕症593例,方法有盆腔粘连松解术,输卵管伞端造口术、成形术、子宫内膜异位症内凝术、卵巢内膜样囊肿剥出术、多囊卵巢多点电灼打孔术、腹腔镜监护下子宫纵隔宫腔镜电切术、宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术、宫腔镜粘连松解术等。结果:593例患者中525例获随访,随访率88.53％,随访2月-48月,术后妊娠186例,其中宫内妊娠182例,流产28例,异位妊娠4例。结论:宫腹腔镜联合手术能在全面检查诊断女性不孕症原因的同时,进行手术治疗,具有安全、有效、痛苦少、术后康复快等优点。

Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility female

Objective:To assess the value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of the female infertility.Methods:From Jan 1999 to Oct 2003,593 infertile patients were treated by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy. The procedures included salpingo-ovariolysis, salpinyostomy, endocoagulation of endometriosis enucle-ation of endometriotic implants in the ovary, hysteroscopic resection of uterine fibroids and septate uterus. Results: 525 patients were followed up. 18 months in average, 186 patients were intrauterine and 4 patiens were actopic pregnacy.Conclusions: Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy can not only diagnoses the cause of infertility but also cure some patients , it provides a simple and effect way which results in less injury and quicker recovery.
