摘    要:目的;探索脓毒辣性休克时全身氧动力学变化特点,方法;以改良的盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)方法制备脓毒休克模型,观察大鼠血液动力学及全身氧供给(DO2)、氧消耗(VO2)、氧摄取率ERO2、等改变。结果;在CLP后2h要继出现心脏指数CI降低、心率增快及全身血管阻力指数升高,CLP后5h时平均动脉压开始明显下降(P〈0.01);O2在休克早期即随CI降低呈进行性下降,由于ERO2代偿升高,使VO2不依赖于

Abstract:Objective: To research into the changes of oxygen kinetics during septic shock. Methods : The model of septic shock was established by cecum ligation and puncture (CLP) according to modified Wichterman's method, and the changes of hemodynamic parameters , systemic oxygen delivery (DO_2) .oxygen consumption (VO_2) and oxygen extraction (ERO_2) were observed in septic shock rats. Results:Cardiac output (CI) decreased , and heart rate(HR) and systemic vascular resistance index increased respectively at 2 h after CLP. Mean arterial pressure was lowed significantly (P<0.01) at 5 h after CLP.DO_2 decreased progressively with reduction in CI in early stage of septic shock.ERO_2 increased compensatively and VO_2 was independent of DO_2 and constant relatively. 7 h after CLP , VO_2 decreased significantly (P<0. 05) with reduced DO_2.Conclusion: Pathologic dependency of VO_2 on DO_2 exists in septic shock .This relation is indicative of the defective ability of peripheral tissues to extract oxygen.
