新疆高中生艾滋病知识、态度及行为现状调查

目的了解新疆高中学生艾滋病相关知识、态度及行为现状。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取新疆28所中学的9138高中生进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果有67.28%学生从学校接受过有关艾滋病健康教育,艾滋病知识知晓率为58.01%,有53.73%的学生对艾滋病病毒感染者持不歧视态度,不同类型学校学生持不歧视态度有统计学差异（χ^2=7.45,P〈0.05）,有4.80%的学生发生过性行为。其中职业高中达到8.68%,高于重点高中和普通高中。无论男生还是女生,性行为发生率都有随年级升高而逐步上升的趋势（χ^2=25.79,P〈0.01）。结论高中生艾滋病知识掌握程度与性行为的发生成反比,应该在对该人群进行艾滋病相关知识教育的同时,加强相关态度与行为干预。

Investigation on AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of high school students in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of high school students in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods With cluster random sampling method, An anonymous-self-fiRing ques- tionnaire survey was conducted to 9138 high school students from 28 high schools in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Results 67. 28% of the participants had accepted AIDS health education at school, and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 58. 01%. 53.73% of the participants did not discriminate against AIDS patients, and the students in differ- ent kinds of schools had different rates of holding this attitude （ X^2 = 7.45, P 〈 0. 05 ）. 4. 80% of the students had sexual behavior. The rate of sexual behavior of the participants with vocational high school was 8.68%, higher than those of key high schools and ordinary high schools, and the higher the participants＇ grade, the more the sdudents had sexual behavior （ X^2 = 25.79, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion High school students with much AIDS knowledge had low rate of sexual behavior. And attitude and behavior intervention should be strengthened during AIDS knowledge education.
