| 摘 要： | 目的总结肋骨骨折的影像诊断方法及流程，以减少漏诊。方法对我院2007年10月至2009年5月100例肋骨骨折患者进行回顾性分析，利用胸部转位透视、胸部X线摄片检查及胸部CT检查。结果单纯行胸部正位检查发现肋骨骨折40例，胸部转位透视加摄片明确肋骨骨折诊断90例，对临床症状明显而X线检查阴性者进一步做CT检查，明确肋骨骨折4例，但发现肺部挫裂伤5例，气胸3例，液气胸3例，胸腔积液5例。结论胸部外伤肋骨骨折诊断要结合临床体征，采取胸部转位透视加摄片，必要时做胸部CT的规范影像检查流程以减少肋骨骨折的漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the experience in diagnosis of rib fracture with X-ray examination and CT scanning.Methods The chest X-ray films and CT scanning of 100 patients with rib fracture in this hospital during October,2007 to May,2009 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results Forty patients with rib fracture were diagnosed by chest X-ray films,90 patients with rib fracture were diagnosed by fluoroscopy in addition with X-ray films.Those with significant clinical symptoms but lacking positive manifes... |
