| 摘 要： | 目的:比较内镜手术与开放手术治疗甲状腺癌的临床效果.方法:选取甲状腺癌79例,行传统开放手术47例,内镜手术32例.结果:内镜手术组的术中出血量明显少于开放手术组(P＜0.01);内镜手术组的引流量较开放手术组显著增加(P＜0.01);两组病例出血、感染、神经损伤以及肿瘤种植等术后并发症的发生率无显著差异.结论:甲状腺...

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare effect of open surgery and endoscopic surgery on thyroid carcinoma.Methods： A total of 79 cases with thyroid carcinoma were selected,including 47 with open surgery and 32 with endoscopic surgery.Results： The bleeding volume during surgery was significantly fewer,and the drainage volume was significantly increased in endoscopic group（P0.01）.There were no significant differences in incidence of hemorrhage,infection,nerve injury and complication after tumor implantation.Conclusions：The bleeding volume is fewer for patients with endoscopic surgery.The hospitalization time is not prolonged,and incidence of severe complication is not increased.Although with longer the operation time and more drainage volume,the total efficacy in short term of endoscopic surgery is satisfactory. |
