| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish quality standard for Jianshen Zhuangyao Pills.METHODS Ligustri Lucidi Fructus,Rosae Laevigatate Fructus and Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata in this medicine were identified by TLC;Shimadzu VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm×5μm)was eluted with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3%aqueous phosphoric aicd(15∶85)at the column temperature 30℃.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and detective wavelength was 320nm.RESULTS The TLC spots developed were quite clear.The linear range of 2,3,5,4/-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-gulcoside was within 0.02522～5.044μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery(n=9)was 100.6%(RSD was 2.8%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable,accruate and can be applied to quality control of Jianshen Zhuangyao Wan. |
