| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性三氯乙烯中毒后心血管系统的,临床损伤,寻找有效的治疗对策,减少三氯乙烯中毒后的并发症.方法:对我院收治的6例急性三氯乙烯中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾.结果:1例患者入院后拒绝治疗,于入院第3天后死亡.余5例患者治愈出院,出院时心电图ST-T改变均恢复正常,实验室检查见肌酸激酶由入院时的(225±34)U/L...

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the features and treatment of cardiovascular injury due to acute trichloroethylene poisoning.Methods： The clinical data of 6 cases with acute trichloroethylene poisoning were analyzed retrospectively.Results： One case refused treatment after admission and died three days later.The others all were discharged in cure,with normal ST-T in ECG,decreased creatinkinase level from（225±34）U/L to（18±7）U/L,and decreased lactic acid dehydrogenase from（2542±374）U/L to（195±37）U/L.Conclusions： Early diagnosis and adequate usage of hormone are helpful in treating acute trichloroethylene poisoning. |
