Application of high epidural anesthesia in treatment of coronary heart disease

Objective： To discuss the effect of high epidural anesthesia（HEA） on coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods： A total of 60 patients with CHD were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods by half.Patients in observation group were treated with HEA based on conventional internal medical treatment while patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment.Results： Compared with those before treatment,there was significant difference in LF of the observation group（P0.05）,and significant differences in HF and LF/HF of control group.There were significant differences in LF,HF,LF/HF,PNN50,RM SSD,SDNN,SDANN and efficacy between two groups（P0.05）.The incidence of complication due to high epidural anesthesia was lower in observation group.Conclusions： HEA is effective on CHD,and associated with heart rate variability.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
