| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析本院2005年12月～2009年8月行DHS内固定治疗的63例股骨粗隆间骨折的临床资料,对手术方法,术中、术后处理及疗效进行评价.结果 患者术后均获随访,60例骨折愈合,1例出现髋内翻,1例出现深静脉血栓形成,1例死亡,患髋关节功能优良率达...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application value of the treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture fixed with Dynamic hip screws（DHS）.Methods 63 patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture admitted to our hospital during December 2005 and August 2009 were fixed with DHS.The treatment of surgery and postsurgery,and curative effect were evaluated.Results All patients were followed up,with 60 healed,1 with coxa vara,1 with deep vein thrombosis and 1 death.The excellent and good rates were 95.2%.Conclusion DHS internal fixation is effective in treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture. |
