Effect of flurbiprofen combined with opioids on patient-controlled analgesia after spinal surgery

Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of flurbiprofen combined with opioids in application of patient-controlled analgesia（PCA） after spinal surgery.Methods： A total of 100 patients with spinal surgery at ASAⅠ~Ⅱstage were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group were given sufentanil 200 μg ＋ flurbiprofen 100 mg,and 100 mL NS.;while patients in control group were given sufentanil 200 μg and 100 mL NS.Loading dose of analgesic pump was set as 2 mL,and maintenance dose was 1.2 mL/h for analgesic pump,and 1.5 mL/h for PAC.The lock time was 30 min.Analgesia score at 2 h,12 h and 24 h and adverse reaction of two groups were recorded.Results： The analgesic effect was significantly better（P0.05）,and the incidence of adverse effect was significantly lower（P0.05） in observation group than those in the control group.Conclusions： Flurbiprofen combined with opioids is effective on PCA after spinal surgery,and can obviously relief adverse effect due to sufentanil.
