盐酸丁咯地尔对糖尿病肾病肾功能和血液流变学的影响

目的观察在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病肾病患者40例,随机分为2组：观察组和对照组。2组均给予一致的基本治疗,观察组在此基础上加用盐酸丁咯地尔。于治疗前和治疗后3个月检测患者尿总蛋白排泄量（UPER）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）和血液流变学。结果治疗后2组患者尿总蛋白排泄量（UPER）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）和血液流变学得到了改善;与对照组相比,观察组UPER、Ccr和血液流变学改善更明显。结论盐酸丁咯地尔可明显改善糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白和血液流变学各项指标,且能改善肾功能。

Effects of buflomedil hydrochloride in patients on diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the clinic effects of buflomedil hydrochloride on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,controlled group with base treatment and observed group with buflomedil hydrochloride in combination with the base treatment.The excretion rate of urinary protein(UPER),the clearance of endogenous crentinine(Ccr),and hemorrheology were measured before and after treatment in all patients.Results These indexes were all improved in the two groups.However,the effect of observed group was markedly superior to that of controlled group.Conclusion Buflomedil hydrochloride can decrease obviously UPER,the parameters of hemorrheology and may significantly improve renal function in diabetic nephropathy.
