自拟“通痹汤”配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症45例

目的：观察针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将85例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按数字随机法分为治疗组45例,与对照组40例。治疗组用针药结合治疗,对照组单纯针刺治疗。均治2个疗程。结果二组疗效均满意,但治疗组有效率为93.33%。对照组为72.55%。结论：针药结合优势明显,值得推广应用。

Self Designed Tongbi Decoction on 45 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method： 85 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （40 cases）. Treatment group was treated by the combination of acupuncture and drugs, while control group was simply given acupuncture. Both groups were accepted two courses of treatment. Result： Both groups have good effect. The effective rates were 93. 33% in treatment group and 72. 55% in control group. Conclusion： The combination of acupuncture and drugs have obvious effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which is worth of application.
