| 摘 要： | 采用职业心理测验图册对外资企业中不同的职业群体（制鞋厂、玩具厂、电子厂和照相机厂工人）共８３９人的职业体验进行了研究，结果表明，外资企业工人的职业满意度和工作生活质量均降低（Ｐ〈０．０１）；制鞋厂、玩具厂、电子厂和照相机厂工人的职业满意度和工作生活质量均显著低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）；但不同工龄外资企业工人的职业体验无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。各职业群体中以照相机厂工人的职业满意度和工作生活质量 |

| Abstract: | The occupational exprience of 839 workers of foreign enterprises including shoe makers,toy makers,electronics makers and camera makers was analyzed by Occupational Psychological Test(OPT).The results showed that the occupational satisfaction and working life quality of workers were obviously decreased (P<0 05),but the occupational satisfaction and working life quality of workers with different working age were not obviously different(P>0 05).The scores of camera makers were the lowest among these four occupational groups.The working environment and welfare should be improved. |
