| 摘 要： | 用免疫组化方法对１９例前列腺增生，６例前列腺癌及４例正常前列腺组织中ＥＧＦＲ和ＥＲ的表达进行观察，结果上述三组ＥＧＦＲ阳性率分别为５７．９％，８３．３％和１００％，ＢＰＨ组ＮＰ组相关不显著；ＥＲ阳性率分别为１００％、６６．７％，２５；０％，ＢＰＨ组高于ＮＰ及ＣａＰ组；前列腺增生ＥＧＦＲ与ＥＲ的表达无显著相关。

| Abstract: | he expression of the epidermal growth factor(EGFR)and estrogen receptor(ER)in19 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).6 cases of prostatic carcinoma(CaP)aid4cases of notmal prostste(NP)using immunohistochemical method was studied . The EGFRwas expressed in 51. 9%of BPH,83.3%of CaP and 100%of NP,100%of BPH. 66.79%ofCaP and 25.0%of NP and the ER in 100%of BPH. No correlation existed between EGFRand ER expression in BPH. The results suggest that EGFR aiid estrogen can play a role inthe etiology of BPH,The relationship of EGFR and ER expression in prostate was dis-cussed. |
