腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症的诊断和治疗

本文报道了手术治疗腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症２１例的结果。其中男１３例，女８例，平均年龄５６．２岁，经１０月－３年６月随访，优良率为８８．９％。本文讨论了侧隐窝狭窄症的病理经过与临床表现的关系，间歇性跛行的病理生理基础以及ＣＴ和ＥＭＧ在本病诊断中的作用。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF LATERAL RECESS STENOSIS

wenty-one cases of lumbar lateral recess stenosis were treated by surgical interventionfrom Oct 1991 to Jun 1994.Eighteen of 21 cases had been follow-up from 10 months to 42months and showed that good and excellent results were as high as 88.9%. A discussion is made on the relationship between pathological process and clinical pre-sentation of lateral recess stenosis,the pathophysiological basic cause of intern1ittent claudi-cation and the value of CT and electromyogram(EMG)in the diagnosis of this disease,Au-thors point out that the key to the surgical treatment of this disease mainly depends on accu-rate localization and complete decompression on causative stenosed lateral recess,It is unnec-essary to expand operative extent,otherwise the stability of spine may be damaged.
