| 摘 要： | 测定132例2型糖尿病（DM）患者和24名健康对照者的幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染率，发现2型DM患者HP感染率升高，2型DM伴HP感染者的冠心病和动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞发病率升高，提示HP感染可能是2型DM患者缺血性心脑血管病变的危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | The prevalence of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in 132 type 2 diabetic patients and in 24 nondiabetic controls was determined. The prevalence of HP infection in type 2 diabetic patients was higher than that in normal controls, and there was a high morbidity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetic patients complicated with HP infection. Results show that HP infection may be a risk factor of ischemic cardiocerebrovascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients. |
