摘    要:目的探讨心肌营养素-1(CT-1)与左心室收缩功能障碍(LVSD)的关系。方法选择LVSD患者33例为LVSD组,非LVSD患者30例为对照组,测量2组身高、体重和血浆CT-1。应用彩色多普勒超声测量并计算短轴缩短率(FS)、左心室射血分数(EF)和左心室质量指数(MI)。结果LVSD组的血浆CT-1水平和MI较对照组高,FS较对照组低,均有统计学意义。LVSD组的血浆CT-1水平的对数与FS的对数呈负相关(r=-0.68,P〈0.01),与MI的对数呈正相关(r=0.63,P〈0.05),与EF的对数呈负相关(r=-0.70,P〈0.01)。结论血浆CT-1与LVSD有关,其浓度水平与收缩性心力衰竭严重程度有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the Correlation between plasma cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1) and left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD). Methods Thirty-three LVSD cases were included, with 30 non-LVSD cases as a control group. Height, weight and the concentration of plasma CT - 1 of the two groups were analyzed. Meanwhile, the Fractional Shortening (FS), the Ejection Fraction (EF) and the Mass Index (MI) by echocardiography were also recorded. Results Plasma level of CT-1 and MI were significantly higher in LVSD patients than that in control group( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ). The FS of LVSD patients were lower than that of non-LVSD patients (P 〈0.01 ). Meanwhile, in LVSD group, log plasma CT-1 level showed negative correlations with log FS and log EF(r= -0. 68 and 0.70,P 〈0.01), with a positive correlation with log MI (r=0. 63,P 〈0.05). Conclusion The level of plasma CT-1 was correlated to the severity of LVSD.
