聚焦解决理论对精神分裂症患者护理效果的影响

目的:探讨聚焦解决理论对精神分裂症患者护理效果的影响。方法:将58例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组给予传统护理,观察组在此基础上应用聚焦解决理论指导护理干预,比较两组患者护理干预前后治疗依从性及住院患者护士观察量表(NOSIE-30)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)的评分情况。结果:观察组干预后治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05),NOSIE-30和WHOQOL-100各指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用聚焦解决理论指导护理干预,可提高精神分裂症患者的治疗依从性及护理效果,改善患者生存状态,值得临床推广应用。

Impact of solution-focused theory on the effect of nursing care of patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the impact of solution-focused theory on the effect of nursing care of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:58 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(29 cases in each group).The patients were given conventional nursing care in the control group and the solution-focused theory was adopted to guide the nursing intervention in the observation group based on the conventional nursing care.The treatment compliance of patients,the scores of NOSIE-30 and WHOQOL-100 were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results:The treatment compliance of patients was better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05);the scores of NOSIE-30 and WHOQOL-100 were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention with the guidance of the solution-focused theory can improve the patient’s survival condition as well as their treatment compliance and the effect of nursing care.
