牙周非手术治疗对侵袭性牙周炎疾病风险等级的干预

目的 应用改良牙周风险评估模型（MPRA）观察并分析侵袭性牙周炎（AgP）患者经牙周非手术治疗3 个月后的风险等级变化.方法 检查记录31 例AgP 患者牙周非手术治疗前和治疗后3 个月的牙周参数,拍摄治疗前的全颌曲面断层片,评测骨根吸收比例.用MPRA 评估每位患者治疗前后的牙周炎风险等级.结果 所有患者治疗后出血指数和探诊深度明显降低,71.0%的患者降低了风险等级,22.6%的患者治疗后仍处高危级.风险级别的降低,与年龄、菌斑指数、性别差异无统计学意义.结论 大部分AgP 患者在牙周非手术治疗后可显著降低牙周风险等级,研究未发现降级与菌斑控制程度有相关性.

Non-surgical periodontal treatment decreases the risk level of patients with aggressiveperiodontitis

Objective To investigate the modified periodontal risk assessment （MPRA） on risk- level evaluation of patients with aggressive periodontitis （AgP） non-surgical periodontal treatment. Methods Thirty-one patients with AgP were periodontally assessed before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Bone loss were measured on panoramic radiographs. Each patient was scored by MPRA in two phrases. Results Bleeding index and probing depth were improved evidently after treatment. Up to 71.0% patients had their risk-level dropped, while 22.6% were still with high-risk profile post-treatment. Improvement of risk-level was insignificantly associated with plaque control, age and gender. Conclusions Most AgP patients decrease their risk-level after non-surgical periodontal treatment, while this incident was not sufficient to prove the association with plaque control, age and gender.
