血清IL-17和IL-23与HIV/AIDS患者机会性感染的关系

摘    要:目的:检测人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)水平,探讨其与患者发生机会性致病菌感染的关系。方法55例AIDS患者,应用ELISA法检测血清IL-17、IL-23水平,结合其临床资料分析与机会性感染的关系。结果55例患者中有44例发现机会性致病菌感染,11例未发生机会性致病菌感染。感染组IL-17水平较非感染组高[(92.53±158.45)pg/ml vs (10.21±19.17)pg/ml,P <0.01],血清IL-23水平差异无统计学意义。12例肺孢子菌感染者的IL-17水平较未感染者明显降低[(19.78±27.95)pg/ml vs (91.78±160.78)pg/ml,P <0.01]。血清IL-17、IL-23水平与疾病预后无关。结论 IL-17可能参与HIV/AIDS患者发生机会性感染的免疫机制,低IL-17水平可能导致患者对肺孢子菌的清除能力下降。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between opportunistic infections of HIV/AIDS patients and the serum levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interleukin-23 (IL-23). Methods The serum samples and the clinical information of 55 cases with HIV infection or AIDS patients were collected. The serum concentrations of IL-17 and IL-23 were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results There were 44 cases suffering with opportunistic infections in total 55 cases. The serum level of IL-17 in patients with opportunistic infections was significantly higher than that in the group without opportunistic infections [(92.53 ± 158.45) pg/ml vs (10.21 ± 19.17) pg/ml, P 〈 0.01], but there was no statistical difference in the serum IL-23 concentrations. The serum level of IL-17 in 12 cases with pneumocystis pneumonia was lower than that in the group without pneumocystis pneumonia [(19.78 ± 27.95) pg/ml vs (91.78 ± 160.78) pg/ml, P 〈 0.01]. The correlation analysis was negative between the prognosis of 55 cases and serum IL-17, IL-23. Conclusions IL-17 may play a role in the immunologic mechanism of HIV/AIDS patients with opportunistic infections. Lower serum IL-17 may result in lower clearance of pneumocystis pneumonia.
