败血症细菌鉴定的临床方法及实验研究进展

摘    要:可导致败血症的细菌种类很多。针对不同细菌采用不同的抗生素进行治疗,是败血症能否治愈的关键。目前临床采用的细菌鉴定方法主要是应用全自动血培养仪及全自动细菌鉴定仪。实验室鉴定方法包括聚合酶链式反应、限制酶片段长度多态性分析以及生物芯片技术等。上述各方法均各有其优缺点。该文综述其优缺点并预测败血症细菌鉴定的未来研究方向。

Abstract:Infection by many kinds of bacteria may cause bacteremia.Whether bacteremia can be cured or not is determined by correct choice of antibiotics.In clinics,bacteria are determined mainly by using automatic blood culture machine and automatic detection machine.In laboratories,the methods mainly include polymerase chain reaction,restriction fragment length polymorphism,and biochip technology.The methods mentioned above all have their merits and defects.In this article,the author discussed these merits and defects,and predicted the future study direction in determination of bacteria for bacteremia.
