| 摘 要： | 目的 研制电阻应变式口腔黏膜压力测痛仪,并对正常年轻人的牙龈黏膜疼痛阈进行测试。方法 采用口腔黏膜压力测痛仪测试了51名受试者的牙龈黏膜疼痛阈。结果 同颌左右侧牙龈黏膜测试点的疼痛阈之间无显著性差异(P>0,05),上下颌颊侧牙龈黏膜的疼痛阈均大于腭(舌)侧;上颌牙龈黏膜疼痛阈大于下颌;磨牙区牙龈黏膜疼痛阈大于尖牙区(P<0.05);男性的牙龈黏膜疼痛阈明显高于女性(P<0.05)。结论 自行研制的口腔黏膜压力测痛仪能够较精确地对引起疼痛的刺激量进行评估。

| Abstract: | Objective To develope a new instrument with a pressure sensitive strain gauge for measuring the pain perception threshold of oral mucosa. Methods Fifty- one young adults were investigated with the pressure algometer at the human gingival mucosa. Results There were no differences found in the PPT of human gingival mucosa between the left and the right side. The PPT was found to be higher in maxillary site than in mandibular site at human gingival mucosa. The PPT was significantly higher at the buccal site compared to the palatal or lingual site and at the canine site compared to the first molar site. The male had a significantly higher PPT than the female did. Conclusion This pressure algometer can be used in measuring the PPT of the oral mucosa. |
