| 摘 要： | 本文分析了93例非流行区结节性甲状腺肿,男17例,女76例,平均年龄33岁。70例属双侧多发性结节,施行了双侧甲状腺次全切除术。23例属一侧单发性结节,施行单侧甲状腺腺叶或次全切除术。并发声音嘶哑及手足抽搐各1例,其余效果良好。对发病病因、治疗和癌变问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Ninety-three cases 17 males, 76 females; averrage age, 33. of sporadic nodu- lar goiter were analysed Multiple nodules occurred in 70 cases and single nod ule in 23 cases. The bilateral subtotal thyroidectom7 in 70 cases and the unilater- al whole lobe or subtotal thyroidectomy in 23 cases were performed with satisfact- ory results, except postoperative complications occurring in two patients. The pathogensis, Treatment, and malignant transmutation of the disease are discussed. |
