妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖的控制对母体、围生儿并发症和妊娠结局的影响。方法将定期产前检查的孕妇中妊娠期糖尿病孕妇89例作为研究组,根据治疗后血糖控制情况分为A组（血糖控制满意组58例）和B组（血糖控制不满意组31例）,健康孕妇90例为对照组,对母体、围生儿并发症和妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果妊娠期糖尿病A组中妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、剖宫产、巨大儿、新生儿窒息和早产发生率与对照组比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,B组中妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、剖宫产、巨大儿、新生儿窒息和早产发生率都较对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论重视血糖筛查,及时诊断妊娠期糖尿病,有效控制血糖,加强监测,是减少母儿并发症的关键。

Impact of controlling plasma glycemia in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome

Objective To explore the impact of controlling plasma glycemia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus on the complications of maternal and fetus,and pregnancy outcome.Methods 89 pregnant women of regular antenatal care with gestational diabetes mellitus as study group,according to the information of plasma glycemia control after treatment were divided into group A （58 cases with well-controlled plasma glycemia group） and group B （31 cases with poor-controlled plasma glycemia group）,90 cases healthy pregnant women as control group.Complications of maternal and fetus,pregnancy outcome were compared between 2 groups.Results There were no significant differences in hypertension disorders in pregnancy,polyhydramnios,cesarean,fetal macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia and premature labor among group A and control group.Hypertension disorders in pregnancy,polyhydramnios,cesarean,fetal macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia and premature labor in group B were significantly higher than those in control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Attention to plasma glycemia screening,diagnosis to gestational diabetes mellitus timely and effectively control to plasma glycemia are the key to reduce the complications of the mothers and fetus.
