肺癌组织中Akt2、p-Akt蛋白的表达

目的:观察肺癌组织中Akt2、p-Akt的表达.方法:对原发性非小细胞肺癌组织80例和肺良性病变组织35例行HE染色及Akt2、p-Akt免疫组织化学染色.结果:肺癌组织中Akt2蛋白阳性率为91.3%(73/80),p-Akt蛋白阳性率为78.8%(63/80);肺良性病变组织中Akt2蛋白阳性率为5.7%(2/35),p-Akt未表达.肺癌组织中Akt2、p-Akt蛋白阳性率高于肺良性病变组织(P＜0.05).Akt2、p-Akt蛋白阳性率与患者年龄、性别、组织学类型、TNM分期无关(P＞0.05).Akt2蛋白的表达与肺癌组织淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05);p-Akt蛋白与肺腺癌组织分化程度有关(P＜0.05).结论:Akt2及p-Akt蛋白的表达可能与肺癌的发生有关.

Expression of Akt2 and p-Akt in lung cancer tissue

Aim:To study the significance of the Akt2 and p-Akt expression in lung cancer tissue.Methods:The expression of Akt2 and p-Akt protein in 80 cases of non-small-cell lung cancer tissue and 35 cases of benign lung disease were detected using HE staining and SP immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rate of Akt2 in lung cancers(91.3%,73/80)was significantly higher than that in benign lung tissues(5.7%,2/35)(P<0.05).The positive rate of p-Akt in lung cancers(78.8%,63/80)was significantly higher than that in benign lung tissues(0.0%)(P<0.05).No significant correlation was found between positive Akt2 or p-Akt expression and age,sex,tumor histological type and TNM stage.The positive rate of Akt2 in lung cancer tissue was related to lymph node metastasis,and the positive rate of p-Akt was related to the differentiation degree of lung adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:The expression of Akt2 and p-Akt may be involved in carcinogenesis and development of lung cancer.
