| 摘 要： | 目的 研究苦参在动物体内的抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用小鼠口服灌胃和体外培养法 ,对小鼠S180 肉瘤 ,艾氏腹水癌 (ECA)进行体内外抑瘤实验。结果 体内实验组动物肿瘤明显减小 ,在剂量为 10 g/kg时 ,抑瘤率为 42 .0 8%。体外培养在剂量为 2 0 0 μg/ml时 ,对瘤细胞生长抑制率为 66%。 结论 体内和体外实验结果均证明苦参有抗肿瘤作用。
