| 摘 要： | 目的观察固尔苏治疗新生儿肺透明膜病（HMD）的效果。方法对45例HMD患儿，分别取仰卧位、右侧卧位和左侧卧位予固尔苏各1/3量缓慢注入气管内，观察用药效果和采取相应的医护措施，并在固尔苏使用前30min及使用后1h、6h、24h、48h取动脉血进行血气分析，于2h及以后2—3d，每天摄胸片观察肺部病变的变化。结果用药后PaO2、PaCO2．pH值及胸片较用药前明显改善，差异有显著性（p〈0．05），除3例患儿肺出血死亡，4例患儿为极低出生体重儿且家属经济困难放弃治疗外，38例患儿痊愈出院。结论认为早期、足量应用固尔苏，严密观察病情是保证气管内滴注固尔苏抢救HMD成功的关键。
