摘    要:目的:设计一种用于医院中心供应室灭菌器内的灭菌框架,保证框架的灭菌层可以升降,便于操作。方法:灭菌框架自下而上分为1~3层。在第2层安装一种传动机构,使第3层可在1.5~1.1 m之间作上下升降活动。在需要装载时将第3层从1.5 m降至1.1 m,装载完毕后升至1.5 m;需要卸载时,将第3层从1.5 m降至1.1 m进行操作。结果:活动灭菌层最高达1.5 m、最低达1.1 m时可减轻劳动强度。结论:该灭菌框架在不增加原有人员编制的情况下能够迅速、安全地完成工作,还可减轻劳动强度,不受操作人员身高的限制,适用于各级医院供应室。

Abstract:Objective To design a sterilization frame for the sterilizer in the central supply room of the hospital and ensure that the sterilization layer of the frame is elevatable and easy to operate.Methods Sterilization frame was divided into three layers from the bottom up.A transmission mechanism was installed in the second layer to make the third layer can be elevated in the space between 1.5 m and 1.1 m.When loading was needed,the third layer descended from 1.5m to 1.1m and after the loading,the third layer was raised to 1.5 m.When unloading was needed,the third layer descended from 1.5 m to 1.1 m to conduct the further operation.Results The sterilization layer with a maximum of 1.5m and a minimum of 1.1 m could reduce labor intensity.Conclusion The sterilization frame can finish its work quickly and safely without any increase of original staffing.It can also reduce the labor intensity without restriction on the height of operators and is suitable for supply rooms of all hospitals.
