显微镜与内镜下治疗声带增生性病变的临床对比研究

目的探讨显微镜与内镜下治疗声带增生性病变的临床疗效。方法选取2007年2月至2011年3月在我院治疗的声带增生性病变患者258例,随机均分为内镜组和显微镜组,比较两组治疗疗效、手术结果和并发症情况。结果显微镜组治愈率为93.80%,内镜组治愈率为78.29%,差异显著(P<0.05);显微镜组平均手术时间、治愈时间和并发症总发生率明显低于内镜组(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下治疗声带增生性病变效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Comparative Study of Microscope and Endoscopic Treatment of Vocal Cord Hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the microscopic and endoscopic treatment of vocal cord hyperplasia of the clinical efficacy.Methods February 2007 to March 2011 in our hospital in patients with proliferative lesions of the vocal cords 258 cases were randomly divided into microscope group and endoscopic group,compared treatment,surgical results and complications.Results The cure rate of microscope group was 93.80%,the cure rate of endoscopy group was 78.29%,significantly different（P0.05）;mean operative time,healing time and the overall incidence of complications of the microscope group was significantly lower than the endoscopic group（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of vocal cord under the microscope proliferative lesions is good,worthy of clinical application.
