蒸汽灭菌后湿包发生的原因及处理

目的探究导致蒸汽灭菌后湿包发生的常见原因,避免造成灭菌物品的二次污染。方法依据我国湿包评定标准对我院2010年9月至2011年3月供应室发生的湿包个数及其原因进行统计学分析。结果统计分析之后发现湿包发生的原因具有多样化,包括物品包装不正确、冷却方式不正确或干燥时间不充足、蒸汽质量差等。在实施优化策略后湿包发生率由6.4%显著降为1.8%。结论加强质量管理,建立合理有效的实施方案对降低湿包发生率、临床各科室手术的正常进行均具重要作用。
