抑郁症患者生活事件和社会支持的相关性研究及护理

目的:探讨生活事件和社会支持对抑郁症患者心理状态的影响,为制定心理干预措施提供依据。方法:对研究组54例住院抑郁症患者进行社会支持和生活事件量表评定,并与正常人群对照。结果:研究组正性生活事件、负性生活事件和生活事件总分与正常对照组比较有显著性差异;社会支持量表各因子与负性生活事件因子呈显著负相关,社会支持总分和支持利用度与对照组有显著性差异。结论:抑郁症患者比正常人经历更多的负性生活事件,多数患者感到社会支持不足。护理人员应利用职业角色的影响,对患者及家庭系统进行干预,提高社会支持的力度和利用度。

Correlation Study of life event and social support on depressed patients and n~

Objective ： To explore the effect of life event and social support on depressed patients in order to find out the intervention measures. Methods ：4 in- patients were assessed with social support scale （SSS） and life event scale （ LES）, and so did normal controls. Results ： The positive, negative and total stimulative score of LES of the re- search were significant higher than that of the normal controls. And the scores of depressed patients in SSS had nega- tive relation with negative stimulation of LES. There were significant differences in total score and availability score of SSS between patients and controls. Conclusions：Depressed patients had experienced more negative life event than nor- mal people. Most patients feel deficiency of social support. The nurse should make use of the influence of professional role to ~ive the intervention to patients and their families,increase the degree and availability of the social support.
